Do you have things stored in boxes, but you can't find anything? The Lucid Inventory System can solve this problem! Go through each box and inventory the item and assign a Location Number to the box. Enter the items into the Inventory screen, then print a label for the Location and tape it on the box. Want to find a particular item? Use the Search Inventory function to locate which box (or other Location) your item is stored.

Minimum System Requirements:
- Current Inventory : View, add or modify your current inventory.
- Search Inventory: Search your Inventory Database for a specific Inventory Item. Searches may be performed on a number of fields. When searching for an item description, you may opt to search for multiple keywords.
- Import Data from Quicken®: If you use Quicken®, you may export your Quicken® split transactions and import them into the Lucid Inventory System. More information on the Quicken® export procedure may be found in the User Manual listed in the Resource Bar.
- Manage imported Quicken® data: After you have imported your Quicken® data, you may update the information to prepare it to be imported into the Lucid Inventory System. After the information is updated, the data can be imported with a push of a button.
- Take an Action on a Selected Inventory Item: You may take an Action on a selected Inventory Item. Available Actions include: 1) Mark item to be donated or discarded, 2) Discard Item, 3) Donate Item and 4) Restore a donated or deleted item.
- Maintain Inventory Categories: The Categories used for your inventory may be added or updated on this screen.
- Maintain Location Codes: The Locations used for your inventory may be added or updated on this screen.
- Reports:
A variety of reports are available that may be viewed or printed.

Location Contents Report This report shows the contents stored in a specified location. Items Needing Location Assignments This report shows all items that have not yet been assigned a location (code -4). Items to be Discarded or Donated Report This report shows the items that have been selected to be either donated or discarded (code -3). Missing Items Report This report shows items that have been taged as Missing. Item Detail Report This report shows the information for the currently selected Item.
