Microsoft Edge sets itself as the default application for opening PDF Files. Change the Default Application to Adobe Acrobat Reader.

NOTE: The provided fix is only temporary. This is a Microsoft problem, which they refuse to fix. To read a document, go to the installation directory and open the document file manually using the PDF reader of your choice.

#5068 - Anti-Virus software may
prevent some .exe files from being downloaded
|
|
When downloading files, you may get a DRep message
preventing you from downloading the software. This is NOT a Virus message. To get
around the problem, disable your anti-virus software until the file has been
downloaded and installed. If you are using Avast Anti-Virus, you may uncheck
'Enable Reputation services' and add http://www.lucidcc.com as a URL to exclude.

The U[ProgramName].zip file may not be found. Leaving the URL
as entered, change the URL from U[ProgramName].zip to Update.exe. Save the file in

Product Update Instructions located under the SUPPORT menu. Please refer to FAQ
5061 for another solution.

report.

There was a
problem with the new installation package that we are using and certain files are
not being registered in the system. Please download and install a new version of
the application. This problem only occurs with new installations that were dated
between 12/07/2014 and 01/17/2015. If desired, please request a workaround to
repair existing installations.

Due to new security measures incorporated
in Windows Vista and Windows 7, unexplained errors may occur when running or
updating the application from the default install directory. Should you experience
these problems, you may want to re-install the application into an alternative
directory such as C:/Lucid/'ApplicationName' where 'ApplicationName' is the
application name (e.g., 'Lucid Reserve Study' or 'Lucid Electronics Workbench',
etc.).

Number.

probably wasn't pressed after the payment was made. If you haven’t already
downloaded the application, please download an evaluation copy of the software from
the product web page. To obtain the Serial Number, please submit an Incident Report
with your product purchase information. A Serial Number will be emailed to you
within 24 hours.

The automatic update function has been updated in
application updates dated 12/14/2012 or newer. To initiate the new update process
manually, please use the following steps: 1. Ensure that the application is not
running. 2. Locate the directory where the software was installed, typically
C:/Program Files/Lucid/[Application Name] and Navigate to the downloaded file
(C:/Program Files/Lucid/[Application Name]/Updates/Update.exe) . 3. Double-click on
the Update.exe file. 4. The update will be installed automatically and a message
that the application has been updated will occur.
